Erotiquemates Site violation system

There are two different types of site violations major violations and minor violations, VIP members can view members site violation status which is displayed near the top of the members personal data, if the person has a major violation or multiple violations use due diligences when contacting this person. Site violation status only appears on a member's profile if you have received a violation notification from site support.

Major Site violation 2 is the only site violation that can happen offsite that we get involved in and you can receive an on-site violation, any others that may happen off site, is not with-in the domain of Erotiquemates and the site doesn't get involved in unless we receive multiple reports of this happening to several site members. Minor Site violations are only given for occurrences that happen on-site.

Major Violations

  1. Major Site Violation 1: Solicitation or pandering of any type or kind is a major site violation, asking for or saying you want to make any type of financial agreement or asking for any money or gifts, seeking sugar daddies or sugar mamas or offering to pay any money or give gifts is not allowed on this site. getting a major violation means any other type of violation no matter what type will get you banned from the site.
  2. Major Site Violation 2: Threats or harassment, and type of threats or harassment that are physical in nature is a major site violation and is an immediate site ban.
  3. Major Site Violation 3: Sending Unsolicited pictures and videos, if you send a picture or video that the other person didn't request, and they find that picture or video offensive or vulgar is a major site violation and is an immediate site ban. always ask if it's ok to send images or videos before sending to avoid issues.

Minor Violations

  1. Site Violation 1: Placing contact information where it is expressly written not to place this info is a site violation and your profile will be edited for each violation that occurs you get 1 violation up to three where you are then placed in Admin hold for seven days, any violations after that and you will be banned from the site.
  2. Site Violation 2: Saying you can't read or reply to messages in your profile where it is expressly written not to place this info is a site violation and your profile will be edited for each violation that occurs you get 1 violation up to three where you are then placed in Admin hold for seven days, any violations after that and you will be banned from the site.
  3. Site Violation 3: Verbal harassment/threats, if a member reports you for this there will be an internal investigation and if verified is a site violation and for each violation that occurs you get 1 violation up to three where you are then placed in Admin hold for seven days, any violations after that and you will be banned from the site.
